Refund policy
Setup fees are non-refundable once build work begins. Before any work starts, you can cancel for a full refund. Monthly fees can be cancelled anytime with no further charges. No long-term contracts on any plan.
What counts as a content update?
Swapping text, updating hours, adding a photo, changing a price, or updating a menu item. Structural layout changes, new sections, or new features are scoped separately and quoted upfront before any work starts.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. You can move from Tier 1 to Tier 2 or Tier 3 at any time. The upgrade fee is the difference between your original setup cost and the new tier's setup cost, plus a reassessment of scope. Contact to discuss.
