As soon as you have a date. My calendar books out 12–18 months for peak season (May–October). If your wedding is less than 6 months away, reach out anyway — cancellations happen.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. I photograph weddings all over Colorado and internationally. Destination travel fees are quoted separately and depend on location. I've photographed weddings in Italy, France, Ireland, and across the US.
Do you shoot with a second photographer?
On my Bespoke package, yes. For Essential and Signature, I work alone — by design. I find that a single quiet presence captures more authentic moments than a two-person crew.
How many photos will we receive?
Essential: approximately 400. Signature: approximately 600. These are minimums — I always deliver more than promised. The exact number depends on your wedding length and the day itself.
What's your editing style?
Film-inspired. Warm skin tones, slightly lifted shadows, natural colours. I don't follow trends, and I don't deliver the heavily filtered look you see everywhere. My photos should look timeless in 30 years.
Can we request specific shots?
Yes, within reason. I ask that you share a list of must-have family formals before the wedding. Beyond that, I prefer to work instinctively — a long shot list gets in the way of real moments.
Do you offer payment plans?
I require a 25% deposit to book, 50% at 90 days before the wedding, and the remainder the week before. I don't charge interest or fees for this arrangement.
What happens if you're ill on our wedding day?
In 11 years, it hasn't happened. But I have a network of trusted photographers I could call if I were ever truly unable to shoot. You would be notified immediately and offered a full refund if no suitable replacement was available.
